Booking conditions

Place in each course is limited to 12 students maximum. Bookings are treated on a first come-first-serve basis.

Please allow at least five business days to receive your study material

Booking cannot be made less than 12 business days before the scheduled exam

Your place in the chosen course will only be confirmed upon reception of full payment and the reception of a confirmation email from us. If you haven't received it within 24 hours after submitting the form, please contact info@thewinetip.com.au

Bookings can be cancelled or transferred to certain conditions

If cancelled less than 12 business days before the scheduled examination date, 50% of the course fee will be reimbursed.

If cancelled more than 12 business days before the scheduled examination date, a $130 administration fee will be held back from full reimbursement.

Were we to cancel a course, a free transfer to another date would be offered or we would proceed to a full reimbursement.

If a course is transferred less than 12 business days before the scheduled examination date, a $130 administration fee would be charged.

If a course is transferred more than 12 business days before the scheduled examination date, a $90 administration fee would be charged.
